”Integrated Operational Risk Management – Co-operation of OpRisk Management with OpRisk-related areas and risk types“

[Please note: the language of the conference is German.]

Many conferences focus on the tasks and instruments of a central OpRisk Management unit. The OpRisk Forum 2012 is dedicated to a wider area:

Integrated Operational Risk Management.

  • How well does co-operation and task sharing between OpRisk Management and OpRisk-related units , e.g. Legal, Internal Audit, Insurance Management, IT-Security, work?
  • How are the various OpRisk-related risk types, e.g. reputational risk, dealt with?
  • What is the attitude of the banking supervisor to Integrated OpRisk Management?

The objective of the OpRisk Forum 2012 is as a platform to promote dialogue between the parties involved in the Integrated OpRisk Management process, including the exchange of information with the banking supervision authorities.

We are grateful for having experienced and highly qualified speakers at this event.

The detailed programme, focusing on the banking industry, will be published shortly.

Participants of the OpRisk Forum 2012 come mainly from the finance industry but the event is open to participants from other industries.

The OpRisk Forum 2012 is a joint event organised by the Institute of Operational Risk, German Chapter and the German-language risk magazine “Risiko Manager”.  We express thanks to AON Insurance Brokers and B-Wise for sponsoring this event.
