Details

IOR Scottish Chapter is pleased to announce details of the above event which has been arranged in specific response to feedback from Members.

External surveys have frequently called out strategic risk as high up in top ten operational risks.  The rationale for inclusion is that “major strategic shifts are generally times of increased operational risk” e.g. through new products, new delivery channels, new organisational structures or new systems and yet operational risk functions’ inputs’ to “big strategic decisions” is often limited.

This event will be fully interactive, involving the participation of all attendees, and the key objectives of are to identify best practice opportunities for the role Operational Risk should play in, establishing Organisational Strategy and in overseeing its Execution.

This event is open to both IOR members and non-members. Non-members are required to pay a £25 administration charge.

As always, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

If you would like to attend please apply to Christoph Woell cwoell@ior-institute.org

Registered participants will receive full venue directions in due course.
