Most organisations are now operating in fast-paced, complex and global business environments. A key challenge for any organisation in such a business environment is to ensure that it is resilient in face of uncertainties, changes and disruptions. Regulators are also increasingly focused on assessing the resilience of the organisation in context of the wider financial system. In this webinar, experts will share guidance on how to achieve operational resilience. Topics covered will include: –
- Understand what it means to achieve Operational Resilience, and the increased expectations on regulated financial services firms.
- Assess the links between the objectives of Operational Risk Management and firms’ Operational Resilience ambitions.
- How Resilience can be integrated into your Operational Risk framework and be a demonstrable outcome of good Operational Risk management
- Use a case study to demonstrate practical application of these concepts.
