At the forum, which will be conducted in German, experts from banks, insurance companies and other sectors such as: supervision, science and consulting, will analyze the current implementation status in operational risk and non-financial risk management.

As well as practice-oriented approaches to non-financial risk management in change projects and transformations, model risk governance and outsourcing and third-party risk management will be presented and discussed – the latter with reference to the Digital Operational Resilience Act of the EU (DORA).

Experts from BaFin report on the status of Basel III implementation in the EU and on the Quantitative Impact Study.

We will discuss the lessons learned from Covid-19 for non-financial risk management with our experts and let’s take a look at non-financial risk management in 2030 together.
