IOR Scottish Chapter is pleased to announce details of the above event, which has been arranged in specific response to feedback from Members.
Lloyds Banking Group will host a breakfast seminar on Embedding Operational Risk Management.
Hosted By Phil Aitken, Head of Operational Risk Strategy Programme, LBG Risk Division we will hear from a panel of experts
- Current focus areas for Operational Risk; setting and measuring appetite, scenarios and RCSA – James Maxwell – Director PwC
- Setting Group OR Appetite and measuring performance – Dawn Knutton, Head of Operational Risk Framework; LBG Group Risk.
- Embedding a OR framework successes and pitfalls – Sarah Canavan – Group Director Operational Risk LBG Retail Division
- There will also be the opportunity for attendees to participate in a Panel Q and A session with the above speakers.
This event is open to both IOR members and non-members. Non-members are required to pay a £25 administration charge.
As always, places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. Coffee and bacon rolls will be provided from 8am with the formal session starting at 8.30am sharp.
