This year the Operational Risk Forum is focusing on risk mitigation, i.e. the reduction of operational risks – whether through the creation of an appropriate operational risk culture and governance, or whether through special measures, such as outsourcing and insurance.

Topics:
• Risk Mitigation and Culture
• Risk Exposures – Mitigation and Management
• Governance and Risk Mitigation from a supervisor´s point of view
• Use of AMA for Risk Mitigation
• Risk Mitigation via Insurance – Cyber Risk and Reputational Risk
• Outsourcing – three different viewpoints
• Budgeting and Risk Mitigation

The event is designed to promote personal contacts and intellectual exchanges with business partners and colleagues as well as the transfer of knowledge and identify future topics relevant to operational risk management.

The Operational Risk Forum 2013 is organized by the Institute of Operational Risk (IOR) and the magazine RISK MANAGER. Together we have managed to combine a highly qualified group of speakers from the banking and insurance sectors.

Since the number of participants is limited, registrations can only be on a first come, first served basis.
