ORM for IT 7 years, 10 months agoI would like to introduce a risk calculation approach that reflects Resilience and Incident Response which will look something like
Risk = Impact * Resilience * Incident Response. For IT this is especially applicable as when assessing a risk you must be able to determine what the impact this risk will have to the organization, is the IT infrastructure able to be resilient enough to handle the impact and what is the organization’s approach to Incident Response if the organization’s IT infrastructure is vulnerable? I think that this from of assessment can provide an organization with a better view on overall risk management exposure.
