Embedding ORM 7 years, 6 months agoHello everyone! I’m Yana and newly joined the group. Perhaps you have had previous discussion, can you share with me your experience of embedding ORM within the First Line?
I am currently First Line of Defense ( Control function) trying to embed:
1. Reporting and escalation culture I.e my current stakeholders do not see the need to track ALL type of incidences
2. Wrong understanding of RCSA whereby once the risks are all mitigated, hence the activity no longer needed to be updated in the RCSA.
