1. Effects of Risk Culture on Organisation Performance — This is an article published in the International Journal for Science and Research. December 2015. The article examined the relationship between risk culture and organisational performance in selected finanacial institutions in Ghana. Organisational performance was examined using both financial and nonfinancial
measures. The study revealed that there was no significant differences among the surveyed institutions in terms of the risk culture determinants and organisational
performance measures. In all cases, leadership action or inaction was identified as the attribute with the strongest potential for affecting the development an effective risk culture. Overall, there was a positive correlation between Risk Culture and Organisational Performance in the Banking Industry in Ghana. Information gathered was used to develop a generic Risk Culture Framework (RCF) to facilitate the development of effective risk cultures across all organisations.

2. Understanding Risk Culture and its Effects on Performance. — Published in the Business and Financial Times (B&FT;) in Ghana in April 2016. The article examined risk culture, providing the key determinants of risk culture. It further examined the relationship between risk culture and business performance.

3. Risk Management can Save Lives — Published in the Daily Graphic in Ghana in March 2016. This article looked at risk management and how applying simple risk management practices can avert disasters and saves lives.

4. Can Your Business Survive — Published in the B&FT; in July 2016. It looks at the various threats businesses are exposed to in today’s world and make a case for having in place effective Business Continuity Management Program to adequately deal with the effects of these threats.

5. Be Vigilant, Cautious and Curious — Published also in the B&FT; in March 2016 provided guidelines to avoid disasters and be safe in an unsafe world.
